Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (bank holidays not included) Slugger will get your order sent out the same day via our next day delivery service.
Orders placed on the weekend will not be sent out until Monday.
Returns and exchange policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Slugger you can return your goods,providing we get them back within 7 days and in the same perfect original sale-able condition.
Slugger suggest for your protection you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Customers are responsible for their return postage charges. All items must be unused,clothing/headwear must be unworn with all original label's and tags. All footwear should be returned in it's original box and packaging.
once a deck has been assembled or gripped it can't be returned unless there is a manufacture defect, the defect will then be reported to the supplier/manufacturer and or subject to their discretion. All DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.
